Owner & Head Coach

Maintaining optimal health enhances our ability to enjoy and engage in the activities we value. MaryEllen Adegbite, head coach and owner, is dedicated to coaching and mentoring clients by focusing on gradual, sustainable habit-building. This method fosters long-term success in achieving health and fitness goals. With experience spanning diverse populations—from Junior Olympic and professional athletes to seniors over 90, post-surgical patients, and individuals requiring therapeutic training—MaryEllen also supports those seeking to lose weight and improve overall fitness. MaryEllen Adegbite approaches her clients' goals as if they were her own, providing training with the utmost care, professionalism, attention, and respect. With 13 years of coaching experience and 18 years as a competitive athlete, she brings both passion and expertise to every session. As a credentialed ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and Exercise Therapy Specialist, MaryEllen has an extensive background that includes a 40-hour internship with Dr. Paul M. Salinas, D.C., CCSP, a Sports Chiropractor, as well as ongoing mentorship from doctors of physical therapy. She is also certified as a USA Track & Field Level 2 Coach, USAW Olympic Lifting Sports Performance Coach, USA Boxing Coach, and is a former Equinox Tier 3 Personal Trainer. Her mission as a coach is to help clients become stronger, healthier, and happier.
